Anyone who would act to systemically to degrade the Union, deny Justice, disrupt Domestic Tranquility, undermine the Common Defense, diminish the General Welfare, curtail Liberty, or deprive the people of their Inalienable Rights, makes themself an enemy of the Constitution.

The Constitution presents a governance system intended to care for the wellbeing of all equally. Depriving an individual of their Constitutional rights is criminal, but it does not make the criminal an enemy of the Constitution. However, if one effects our system of government such that inequality is created or tolerated, or laws are applied differently according to person, status and wealth, then those perpetrating systemic inequality makes themself an enemy of the Constitution.
